How to organize your baby pictures
Five years ago, when my baby was born, I started my new journey using a camera. Over the first year, I captured many precious moments. At that time I had zero experience in photography so the quality of pictures was far from great but those sweet moments were still captured and became so precious to me. That first year was such a busy year as you can all appreciate! My baby pictures were scattered all over the place and stored in different storage devices. So when is the best time to get them organized?
Yes, I know there are about a billion other things you’d rather do with your time, the list is endless. If you really want to start a tradition with family albums, you have to actually make time to do it. So commit to it. You’ll be happy you did.
1. Pick your album
My choice was a scrapbook. A scrapbook is a place to collect anything you don’t want to lose. it’s a perfect way to express your creativity skills.
2. Go in chronological order
Think of your album as your baby novel. Organizing your book in chronological order will make the photo album flow and tell the story of your year.
4. Record all big events and important milestones
5. Have fun with it
Get creative. Use different materials to make your album unique. Decorations in your album should reflect the feelings or the environment of that particular moment. I prefer my scrapbook album not overloaded with decorations so my baby pictures still stand out.
